Wil Smith is currently on assignment in Afghanistan and is not currently accepting new cases
in the United States. Wil Smith's area of practice is Criminal Law and
Civil Litigation. Mr. Smith is an appointee to the Federal Criminal
Defense Panel and the Colorado Criminal Defense Panel. Mr. Smith represents clients in Felony and Misdemeanor cases,
Constitutional Civil Rights law, Employment Law, and Tort and Injury law. He earned his JD degree from the University
of Oregon School of law in 1981. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
District of Colorado and the Courts of the State of Colorado.
