Absent special arrangements, Smith, PC requires an advance fee deposit of the full estimated fees and costs in advance.  However, the firm does consider unique and individual circumstances.

Prior to representation, you and your attorney will sign a written fee agreement that will explain what the firm will do for you and the particulars of fees and costs.  Fees are charges for the firm's services such as attorney and paralegal services.  Costs are expenses incurred for services outside of the firm such as investigators, expert witnesses, and other expenses.  You will get a regular statement of all services performed and the basis for all fees charged.

Advance fee deposits are placed in a special account to be held in trust as the client's property. This account is subject to regulatory rules promulgated by the Colorado Supreme Court. Fees or costs will not paid from the account until after fees are earned, or costs are incurred as set forth in the written agreement.

At the conclusion of representation, any unearned fees, or unexpended costs are returned to you.

Major credit cards are accepted.

All inquires to an attorney are privileged, confidential, and protected by the attorney client privilege.
